Requesting an Account

To request a new e-CTS web account, visit the e-CTS Collaboration Website and follow the instructions on the page.

If there are issues accessing e-CTS, call IVRS/IWRS Global Support at 317-276-3500, 877-900-1194, or send an email to global_support_ct-ivrs@lilly.com

Logging into e-CTS

You will use your Lilly system ID and password for your login.

• Passwords are case sensitive (if your password is all caps, you must enter it that way in e-CTS)
• If you get locked out of your account, contact IVRS/IWRS Global Support and then reset your password following the normal LillyNet password reset process.

Upon successfully logging into e-CTS you will be taken to the following Main Menu or Home screen:

Click on any menu option with to expand the menus to show all available menu options.
