The Data Collection Report is available to show the actual data entered in the system in order to process a subject’s visit. The report can be used for data verification purposes when comparing e-CTS data against the data collection database or when monitoring a site. In most instances data entered into the system cannot be updated once the patient leaves the site because decisions have already made with the data.

1. Data Description – This is the description of the data being captured in the system by visit number.



2. Data Value – The Data Value will show the actual code entered into the system or translated description of the data value (e.g. Female instead of '1'). The decision to show the actual code entered or descriptive value is determined at the time the system is setup.
