e-CTS gives users the ability to perform the following types of unblinding in emergency situations to view:

• The patient's treatment assignment or the contents of any package assigned to the patient by the system.
• The contents of any package at the site not assigned to a patient by the system – e.g. a package manually dispensed by the site.
