Package Status Report

The Package Status Report is a blinded report showing the status of every package at a site. It is strongly recommended the report be run in Excel format instead of PDF mode because it makes sorting the data more efficient.

  1. Received, Available Packages – Packages with a Package Status of "Available" can only be assigned by the system to a subject if their Shipment Status is "Received".

  2. Shipped, Available Packages – Packages with a Shipment Status of "Shipped" can only be assigned by the system once they are received even though their Package Status is "Available".

  3. Confirmed Packages – Packages showing up as "Confirmed" on the report were assigned to a subject in the system (see Patient Status Report) and the site successfully entered the confirmation number for the package.

  4. Assigned Packages – Packages showing up as "Assigned" on the report have been assigned to the subject in the system but the site has not completed the confirmation number for the package.

  5. Damaged/Missing Packages – Packages showing up as Damaged or Missing would be set to this status by the site personnel when they acknowledge the receipt of a shipment or when the site tries to confirm a package assigned by the system.

  6. Unavailable Packages – Packages can be marked as unavailable for temperature excursions, assigned but not given to a subject, an unassigned package was unblinded, etc. With the exception of unblinding all other packages are made unavailable by design by a member of the CT Supply group, and could be made available at a later time.
