Accounts Report

The Accounts Report is a report showing the status of every account assigned to a study. This report is used during the Access Reviews but it can also be run at any time to view active accounts currently in the system along with a history of previous account holders. It is strongly recommended the report be run in Excel format instead of PDF mode because it makes sorting the data more efficient.

Disabled accounts are active accounts, but there have been logical security rule violation such as entering their password wrong 3 times. Blocked accounts are accounts that cannot access the system. When sites are setup, a blocked account is automatically setup for the Primary Investigator, and will remain in blocked status until it is requested to be enabled.

  6. Site – This is the site the account is tied. There will also be accounts associated with site 999. This is a generic site that is used for giving individuals access to multiple sites or setting up a user to get automated reports. Accounts with a missing site number signify e-CTS web accounts.
