Site Enrollment Report

The Site Enrollment Report provides a high level overview on the status of all patients by site. The report is grouped and totaled at the country and study levels. Site Managers need to monitor the Patient Status Report to ensure sites are keeping the visits processed to ensure this report reflects the most accurate data.

  1. Total Entered – This column lists the total number of patients that had their first visit (typically visit 0 or 1) processed in the system.

  2. Screening Information – These columns provide the current status of all patients who have not been randomized or discontinued prior to the first randomization in the system.

  3. Total Randomized – The total randomized column represents a count of every patient who was randomized by the system. If the study has multiple randomizations or a blinded randomization, the data will be based on the first randomization that takes place.

  4. Randomization Information – These columns summarize the status of all randomized patients in the study. Patient will only show up in the Complete column if the study has a completion action and the sites complete the patient's final visit in the system.
