My Profile shows the information associated with your account. The first time you log into e-CTS or anytime your contact information changes it is your responsibility to update your profile. Data contained in the profile are used in various ways throughout e-CTS for the system to function correctly and by IVRS/IWRS Global Support.

Select the 'My Profile' main menu option to update your profile.

Update the information on your profile and press the Update Profile button when finished.
